Cusack’s at the Mercer Hotel is a relaxing restaurant with a sophisticated decor. It serves good food at a great price. The resident chef’s menu relies on the freshest seasonal produce.
Cusack’s also serves a wide variety of drinks; from new and Old World wines to speciality coffees.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:30 to 14:30. An ‘early bird’ dinner is available from 18:30 to 19:00, and the normal evening dining hours are from 18:00 to 21:30 (closed Sundays).
