Russell Court Hotel Dublin

The Russell Court Hotel is one of Dublin’s most traditional and popular hotels. Like many hotels and business premises on Harcourt Street it is a Georgian building and has kept much of this tradition inside. Character oozes from every room, from the four poster beds of the guestrooms, to the conference rooms available for business visitors. At night the traditional makes way for the modern, when visitors can visit the popular bar, Diceys Garden or one of the two nightclubs located in-house. Castle Hotel Dublin

The Castle Hotel is a long running and family-owned hotel. Located on Denmark Street on Dublin’s northside, it is very close to Parnell Square and O’Connell Street. The hotel may be small but it is clean, friendly and reliable and has been awarded a three star grading. A Georgian building, this theme runs throughout the hotel including its guestrooms, which are en suite and have tea and coffee making facilities. Finnstown Country House Hotel Dublin

Finnstown Country House Hotel is one of the few hotels, which can combine modern amenities with an old-fashioned ambiance. The hotel itself is an eighteenth century building, which has maintained its traditional décor and manicured gardens. But every modern comfort is also available. These include broadband, corporate facilities, an eighteen hole-putting course and a gym and swimming pool. Uniquely, it also offers ‘The Residence’, accommodation for long-stay visitors. Comfort Inn Parnell Square Dublin

The Comfort Inn group have established a reputation for reliable accommodation at an affordable price and the Comfort Inn on Parnell Square is no exception. Its accommodation is basic but comfortable and a bar and bistro are located on the premises. Parnell Square is one of Dublin’s most central locations, only a minute or two away from O’Connell Street. Westbury Hotel Dublin

The Westbury Hotel is one of Dublin’s most renowned and famous hotels. Everything you could wish for from a city centre hotel is located in the Westbury. When you step outside its doors you will see two of Dublin’s oldest pubs, Bruxelles and McDaids. The best of Dublin’s shops are on your doorstep, from Brown Thomas to all the well-known high street stores. The Westbury itself is known for its ambiance. Enjoy afternoon tea in the lounge while listening to some piano music and checking out views of Grafton Street. Choose between its excellent restaurants, the Russell Room, Sandbank Bistro or the Terrace Lounge. Rooms range from classic to Presidential. An excellent five-star accommodation. Harcourt Hotel Dublin

The Harcourt Hotel is located in one of the best areas of Dublin. Harcourt Street has long been established as a business centre in the city yet it is also right beside both St Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street. The Luas tram service now also runs the length of the street. The Harcourt Hotel itself, like many buildings on the street, is a lovely Georgian building. Its friendliness may be old-fashioned but its rooms and conference facilities are modern and well equipped. Those with an interest in literature will be interested in the fact that this was once the home of G.B. Shaw, a history that the hotel embraces. Not only does it have its own renowned golf course but also the world-famous Portmarnock golf course is not far away. Back at the hotel the atmosphere is relaxed and informal. As the name suggests, the White Sands Hotel is ideally located to take in the beaches in lovely Portmarnock. And not only that but any visitor can enjoy the excellent golf courses in the surrounds of the hotel. The White Sands hotel is a lovely medium-sized hotel. Its guestrooms are modern and spacious and wedding and conference facilities are also available. Portmarnock is situated in north County Dublin. Only about half an hour away from the city centre, it is also close to the popular village of Malahide. Situated in the south of Dublin, you can easily forget the city is only a few miles away so tranquil is the setting of this hotel.
